The Problem:
Wether you own a 25' center console or a 200' Fedship, boat lines and shore power cords can cause serious damage to your paint or gel coat. Varnished rails and combing boards are even more succeptable to this type of chaffing. Even stainless is not immune to the damage.
When lines or shore power cords rub up against (chaff) the surface of a boat, they can cause unsightly abrasions. These abrasions often lead to costly repairs.

The Solution:
Yacht Sleeves was developed to combat this problem. Made of 100% wool that is an 1 3/4" thick, and attached to a durable leather backing. The sleeves are made to wrap around the line or shore power cord and provide a protective surface that puts a buffer between the boats surface and the line or shore power cord.

The Line Sleeve:
The Line Sleeve comes in two different sizes and either black or white. Both sizes are 24" long, one size fits lines that are 3/8' - 1" thick. The bigger size will fit 1" - 2" thick lines. The underside of the sleeve has a 1" velcro strip sewn down the middle of the piece. This stops any slipping or sliding of the line when the sleeve is attached. The sleeve has 1" of velcro on the outside, this gives it a secure and very tight attachment. For boaters that have twin or trip engines we have also made available a 60" sleeve that fits 3/8" - 1" line. Great for protecting your engine covers (cowlings). You will no longer need to replace your engine stickers or have to paint your cowling. Custom sizes are available, please call or email for a quote.

The Shore Power Sleeve:
The Shore Power Sleeve is an exciting new product we have just developed. NOT AVAILABLE anywhere else except through yacht sleeves.
Made with the same material as the line sleeve with 1 3/4" wool, the major difference is the shore power sleeve is 36" long
and has no velcro sewn down the middle of the piece, and is only available in white. The sleeve will fit most shore power cords.

Care: Because the sleeves are exposed to the elements they may get dirty. Machine wash on COLD ONLY and allow to air dry. These products are made of the finest wool, bleach and other heavy detergents should be avoided. These products will cause the wool and leather backing to deteriorate.
